1ST COURSE: The Cooked Peking Duck
The skin is served with steamed pancakes and sweet bean sauce. It is traditionally carved in front of the diners. The pancake is wrapped around the meat with cucumber sticks and shallots.
2ND COURSE: The Cooked Peking Duck
The remaining meat is chopped up and stir fried with sweet bean sauce. The diners enjoy it with a san choy bao.
